  • Rosie O’Donnell has listed her huge Saddle River, New Jersey estate for just a little under $7 million.

The house, which was just purchased back in 2013 by Rosie O’Donnell and her wife, Michelle Rounds, is a sprawling estate on 5.5 acres with six bedrooms.

    They split shortly after.

Rosie O’Donnell and her brood likely enjoyed the home, which had pool with a waterfall, a plunge pool, and a Jacuzzi. The property also features a three-car garage and artist’s studio. You know, just in case.

Rosie O’Donnell reportedly moved to Saddle River, New Jersey from Nyack, New York, to be closer to a special school for her son, Blake, who has an auditory processing disorder.

Rosie O’Donnell got a deal on the estate when she paid $6.375 million for the home, which was originally listed for $9.2 million.

Rosie O’Donnell has been selling off all of her houses lately, beginning with her Sarasota, Florida gulf-front home for $5.3 million.

Late last year Rosie O’Donnell sold her beautiful Greenwich Village duplex for $9 million.

All of this real estate business comes after Rosie O’Donnell left The View in February after a health scare and divorce announcement.

Rosie O’Donnell‘s rep, Cindi Berger, said back then of her sudden departure, “She’s focused on her kids now. This is the right thing for her to do. The stress of a daily live talk show is a lot, and the separation is a lot, and you reach a certain point where you have to put health and family first. And she has.”

She continued, “She had a wake up call in 2012, a near fatal heart attack, and her doctors told her, ‘You have to take care of yourself, you have five children.’ Reliving her heart attack as she went through the editing process of her [HBO] heart documentary was sobering for her.”

What do you think of Rosie O’Donnell selling off all her property? Where do you think she’ll settle down?
