  • Rebecca Romijn is making headlines this week after E! News and Fashion Police host Giuliana Rancic reportedly wrote about busting her ex, Jerry O’Connell, having an affair with her.

Rancic’s memoir, Going Off Script: How I Survived a Crazy Childhood, Cancer and Clooney’s 32 On-Screen Rejections,, delves into her relationship with O’Connell–among other things–and talks about how she found out he was cheating on her with one of the Spice Girls before Romijn came along.

“I was being two-timed for one of the lesser Spices?” she writes. According to her, O’Connell gave her a brief, “Yeah, I know. I’m so sorry. I don’t know what happened” as an explanation, and “had as much emotion as the customer-service representative who tells you your bags missed the flight.”

Rancic says she was willing to forgive her beau and move on, but in 2004 she spied him getting flirty with Romijn at a Maxim party.

“Little did I know he was in the VIP area, talking to Rebecca. As a prelude to feeling up Rebecca,” Rancic writes. O’Connell later went on to marry Romijn and the couple had twins together. But things didn’t turn out all bad for Rancic in the love department; she found her husband, Bill, the same year her ex got married.

Rancic has been in the news quite a bit recently; just last week she opened up about hurtful comments about her body online after several people expressed dismay over how thin she is. Rancic said that she eats well but takes medicine to battle cancer, which takes a toll on her weight.

“It’s really hurtful. I’m sorry that some people think I’m disgustingly skinny, as they put it, but there’s nothing I can do. I’m lucky that I even have the type of cancer that reacts to the medicine,” Rancic said.
