When asked whether the disappointing start to the 2013 season was confidence-threatening Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said, “No, it’s not confidence-threatening. We expect to win every game no matter who we are playing or where we are playing so we obviously had high expectations going into that game, but this is the NFL and on any given Sunday if you don’t play very well then you’re going to get beat.”

Ben Roethlisberger has been sacked five times, but remains encouraging about the talents and prospects for the team. He spoke about the 2013 season in hopeful optimism even though a loss happened early in the season. “We lost a game in week one. Yeah, we didn’t play very well at all on offense, but there’s no time to panic right now. Let’s get ready to bounce back,” said Roethlisberger.

Members of the team are ready to prove themselves this season regardless of the loss early in the season, and fans are eager and excited to watch the team play some football this season.

Everyone can’t be a fan though, and some within the Twittersphere remain skeptical about the team as well as people who support the team.
