eBay said this week it is launching a new offering called "Garden by eBay," an area on the site that will allow members to test new features and provide feedback for improvements and changes.
Garden by eBay is an opt-in initiative with a concept that is similar to Google Labs where users can test and experiment with different features before they are officially released.
Update: This article is nearly a year old, but pretty much the same thing is happening again (or still). A number of popular music blogs have been removed from Blogger, some are saying without warning. When we covered this before, Blogger Product Manager Rick Klau left us the following comment (as seen in the comments section):
The Federal Reserve has launched a new website aimed at helping consumers better understand the new credit card protections that will go into effect on February 22.
These rules ban a number of harmful practices and require more transparency in the disclosure of the terms and conditions of credit card accounts.
