Nick Gordon was named in a $10 million civil suit filed on behalf of a conservator for Bobbi Kristina Brown a couple of weeks ago. The suit alleges Gordon both physically and mentally abused Bobbi Kristina in the days before she was discovered unconscious in a bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia townhouse back on January 31st.

On Sunday, Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away at the age of 22. Could Nick Gordon face charges?

Hollywood Life reports that Nick Gordon is on suicide watch since learning Bobbi Kristina has passed away.

“Nick is on suicide watch. He is out of control with regret and sadness. He keeps saying that if only [Bobbi Kristina] had heard his voice, things would have been different. She may have lived,” a source tells the publication.

Shortly after Bobbi Kristina was discovered on that fateful day, Bobby Brown made it clear to both the media and the authorities that his daughter wasn’t married to–nor had ever been married to–Nick Gordon. He refused to allow Gordon to visit her in the hospital, in the rehab center where she was moved two months later, or at the Peachtree Christian Hospice outside of Atlanta, where she died on Sunday. He has believed since the beginning of this harrowing ordeal that Nick Gordon is responsible for what happened to Bobbi Kristina.

After a stint in rehab–following an intervention with Dr. Phil McGraw–Nick Gordon went to Florida, where he is still believed to be staying with his mother. He made it clear several weeks back that he desperately wanted to see Bobbi Kristina Brown one last time before she passed away. He never did.
