Netflix released its monthly update on Internet service provider speed data, ranking the top ISPs in terms of speed for its streaming service. This reflects the month of February.
The biggest change for the U.S. was Bright House moving up 6 spots. Time Warner moved up 2. Here’s a look at the rankings for the country:

“In Austria, A1 nearly doubled their average monthly speed to 3.12 Megabits per second (Mbps) from 1.66 Mbps in January, ranking them five out of six in that country’s index,” she writes in a blog post. “In Canada, Bell Aliant (Fiber Optic) fell to 12th place, down 2 with an average speed of 3.07 Mbps, down from 3.40 Mbps in January. In November 2015, the company ranked third, with an average speed of 3.74 Mbps.
“In Ireland, Virgin Media climbed three to third place with an average speed of 3.00 Mbps, up from 2.46 Mbps in January,” she adds. “In the Netherlands, Ziggo (formerly UPC) reversed the slide that began last summer, rising to fourth place with an average speed of 4.06 Mbps, up from 2.68 Mbps in January. In Switzerland, upc cablecom jumped three spots to third place, posting an average speed of 4.04 Mbps, up from 2.87 Mbps last month.”
