Miley Cyrus is busy stirring up celebrity dust with some intriguing tweets on Twitter over the weekend. She posted a picture of her “obsession with @jennahipp nail foundations” that included what looks like a HUGE diamond engagement ring. The ring has to be at least 3 carats!

Earlier Miley tweeted her distaste for the ever present paparazzi:

Some of Miley’s fans took offense to her tweet. I guess they appreciate the fine up-close photos and videos of Miley that only the paparazzi can provide!
