Microsoft Acquires Marketing Software Provider MarketingPilot

  • Microsoft has acquired marketing software company MarketingPilot. Microsoft says it has a vision for integrated marketing solutions that aligns with its own.

The acquisition by Microsoft should enable us to accelerate our pace and deliver even more innovation to marketers.”

    This follows an announcement from Microsoft that it has acquired CiS solutions provider StorSimple.
