Though he claims he has no recollection of it, Andrew Frey, 37, of Beaverton, Oregon, was high on methamphetamine, masturbating, and subdued by 15 police officers at Iggy’s Bar & Grill on Sunday.

At about 1PM on Sunday, the first call came into the Marion County Sheriff’s office about a man acting strangely. Frey had allegedly refused to pay a locksmith he called to at his home.

From there, he went to a gas station with a convenience store attached. Frey hung out for a while until an employee had escorted him off the premises. Frey’s next journey was to head down the road to Iggy’s Bar & Grill, where he calmly, under the demonic powers of meth, sat at a barstool, whipped out bowser, and exposed himself to a bartender, police said.

Frey, mindless, started pleasuring himself in public.

As soon as this happened, a police officer was called on the scene – Frey had vanished. The lone Marion Country deputy crept slowly towards the bar’s bathroom where he discovered Frey conducting a one-man show. Frey wasn’t having it, and neither was the officer; according to the deputy, he tased Frey multiple times due to Frey resisting arrest. The Taser wasn’t very effective, so, the officer got into a fight with Frey.

Due to the fight with the meth-head masturbator, the deputy couldn’t reach for his radio, yet the dispatcher managed to call in massive backup.

The swarm of cops had arrived and, with 15 police officers in total, managed to subdue Frey; he was arrested and charged with public indecency, resisting arrest, and theft of services.

Frey was then taken to Salem Memorial Hospital for evaluation due to his erratic behavior.

According to The Oregonian, Frey reported that he didn’t remember a thing. He took methamphetamine on Saturday, and all was a blur ever since.

Frey was then transported to the county jail shortly after.
