  • Meghan Linsey is one of four contestants vying for the title of The Voice. And tonight–May 19th–the season eight winner will be crowned.

The only remaining contestant for Coach Blake Shelton, Meghan Linsey is up against three other powerhouse singers for the title of The Voice.

Us Weekly reports that in addition to Linsey, Adam Levine’s contestant Joshua Davis is a contender, as are two of Pharrell Williams’s contestants–both Sawyer Fredericks and Koryn Hawthorne. Fredericks and Hawthorne are the younger of the four contestants at just 16 and 17, respectively.

On Monday night, Meghan Linsey wowed the crowd in The Voice audience, as well as fans watching from home, with her original song, ‘Change My Mind.’

The soulful ballad was about a real-life bad relationship she experienced several years back. Her song showed everyone at The Voice that Meghan Linsey isn’t just an amazing singer, she has some powerful songwriting skills as well.

Meghan Linsey was once part of a country duo called Steel Magnolia. She even opened for Blake Shelton some years ago when he was on the road. Last night Meghan and Coach Blake took to the stage together.

Now shining as an accomplished blues singer, she has sort of left her country roots behind, but still hopes to win The Voice–for herself and for her country coach, Blake Shelton.

Do you think Meghan Linsey will emerge as tonight’s winner on The Voice, or do you expect that title will go to Joshua Davis, Sawyer Fredericks, or Koryn Hawthorne instead?

Who do you hope will win The Voice for season eight?
