  • Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have sold their Toluca Lake, California home for $2.6 million in a private sale. The ranch-style home was once a carriage house belonging to the late Bing Crosby. It was built in 1936.

Undergoing an extensive remodel in 2008, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s home features 6,720 square feet of living space, including a master suite with his and hers bathrooms. An additional three bedrooms and five bathrooms grace the home, too.

Outside, those who purchased the home will enjoy a saltwater swimming pool, along with a spa, fire pit, and 563-square-foot pool house with its own kitchen.

So why are Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green selling this amazing home?

The two are in the middle of divorcing. Megan Fox filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green in 2015. She has agreed to pay him spousal support. They will share joint custody of their two sons, Noah and Bodhi.

Megan Fox is best known for her roles in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers series of films. She is set to reprise her role as reporter April O’Neill in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, due out this coming summer. She also stars in the TV show New Girl.

Brian Austin Green starred in the original Beverly Hills, 90210 TV show. He also appeared on Anger Management and Desperate Housewives.

While the reason behind Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green selling their home is sad, whomever the new owners are, they are sure to enjoy this incredible home. It was likely fun to buy a home they knew Bing Crosby once owned, too.
