  • Lisa Vanderpump dished recently about her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Yolanda Foster’s divorce announcement, admitting she was taken by surprise. Vanderpump believed Foster was happy in her marriage.

It was at the TrevorLIVE Los Angeles event on Sunday that Lisa Vanderpump shared her thoughts.

“I don’t know,” she said when asked how Yolanda Foster was doing. “I saw her last night. I have reached out to her before, and I…I just feel very sad about that. So I just feel very sad about that because I didn’t expect it, and I always thought she always had this unbelievable marriage, so I’m sad about that. Very sad about it.”

Lisa said she was shocked by the announcement that came on December 1.

“I didn’t see it coming, and I hate that,” she said. “Having been married for 33 years, I hate to see that.”

Lisa Vanderpump is a strong believer in marriage for life. She and hubby Ken Todd have been married for over 30 years.

Despite her support of Yolanda Foster, Vanderpump did talk questionably about her friend in the RHOBH episode that aired the same day as the divorce announcement.

“I don’t quite understand what’s wrong with her,” she said of Yolanda’s illness–she has Lyme disease–during the episode. “I don’t know if it is Lyme disease, but I’m not criticizing her. I’m just questioning it.”

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer?

Is Lisa Vanderpump really Yolanda Foster’s friend or is she playing both sides of that proverbial card?

Time will tell which of the RHOBH stars are true friends, as Foster will no doubt need their support in the coming weeks and months.
