“I’m not a huge fan of the gym, to be honest,” Conrad said. “When I have to go to the gym and put an hour in, I’m just staring at the clock”.

Conrad said that she prefers to get her workout by doing activities she enjoys and being outdoors.

“I just like getting out, like going on a hike, going on the kayaks, going for a run on the beach,” she said.

Conrad said that although she plans to get fit and look her best for her wedding day, she won’t be dieting to get a slimmer figure.

“I really love food … I’m not good at dieting,” she said. “I try to make smart choices but just eat a little bit less.”

Conrad already eats rather healthy. In the past she has said that some of her favorite foods include vegetables, organic salad greens, turkey, tuna and beans.

Conrad says that she has been planning her big day for a while and isn’t nervous about it. She already has most of the details worked out, including her makeup.

Unlike many brides who choose to be covered in makeup, Conrad said she prefers a more natural look. While she will be wearing makeup, she wants to make sure she looks like herself when she says “ I do.”

“I think it’s important to look like yourself on the day. You don’t want to be wearing so much makeup,” she said.
