  • It looks as though Khloe Kardashian, of Keeping up with the Kardashians, is going to be a married woman a bit longer.

According to a source close to the reality star, Khloe’s estranged husband Lamar Odom refuses to sign her divorce papers.

Not only has Lamar not replied to the initial divorce filing from ten months ago, Khloe reportedly hasn’t seen or heard from him in weeks.

“He needs to sign papers and he won’t,” the source told People magazine. “He disappears here and there, and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on.”

Without the cooperation of Lamar, Khloe is left with two choices. According to papers filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge on October 9, Khloe can either Request to Enter a Default, which means she can be divorced without Lamar participating, or she can Request for Dismissal, which means that she would be canceling her initial divorce filing.

Khloe has tried to move on, and even had a brief fling with rapper French Montana. However, she wants the hold that Lamar has on her gone for good.

In July, Khloe openly acknowledged that Lamar had cheated on her on an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians

“Let me tell you something — last year on my birthday, I lied to everyone, because I had to lie and say I was with my husband, when in fact my husband was missing with another girl, OK?” she said. “And I lied, and I gave up my Beyonce tickets to Kendall, that’s how badly I was hiding. And I didn’t have a birthday, I was alone, and lied to everyone.”
