Lamar Odom has a long way to go in his recovery from last month’s accidental overdose at a Nevada brothel. Khloe Kardashian has vowed to stay by his side, and she even withdrew her divorce petition from the court system–for the time being, anyway.

Does that mean the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star spend Halloween with James Harden or with Lamar Odom instead?

It seems Lamar Odom won out this time–not that there’s said to be any kind of competition heating up over Khloe. In fact, Harden has been very understanding about the whole situation.

It’s uncertain if Lamar Odom knows Khloe spent time with James Harden in recent days, and if so, how that makes him feel. Lamar didn’t want a divorce from Khloe Kardashian in the first place, but he couldn’t get a grip on his drug problem. She wound up filing for divorce after trying everything possible to get Lamar the help he so desperately needed.

Certainly spending Halloween together is indicative of nothing more than kindness for Lamar Odom on Khloe Kardashian’s behalf.
