Kyle Richards was reunited with estranged sister Kathy Hilton for Christmas and shared a picutre of their time together on Instagram.
Despite recent feuding, the 46-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star hung out with her sister on Christmas Eve and one has to wonder if it’s a sign of a better relationship between the siblings.
“Twas the night before Christmas…” Richards captioned the pic with 56-year-old Hilton. The twosome posed with pal Faye Resnick at Kris Jenner’s annual holiday party on Christmas Eve.
According to Us Weekly, the half-sisters have been feuding in large part because of their husbands’ competing businesses. According to the magazine, Hilton’s husband, Rick, was upset after Richards’ spouse, Mauricio Umansky, left Hilton & Hyland to start his own real-estate firm, The Agency.
“Rick thinks Mauricio has created too much of a competition by breaking off with his own real-estate business,” an insider told Us. “And Kyle won’t be anywhere near Rick and Kathy without her husband, understandably, so every family gathering is full of tension.”

Kathy’s daughter Nicky Hilton’s wedding, which took place in London in July, led to further tension in the family, as seen in recent RHOBH episodes. Richards and one of her daughters were invited, while her husband and other children were not.

Kyle Richards reportedly did not attend at her sister’s annual holiday bash earlier this month because of the family feud.
“Kyle skipped the party because Mauricio wasn’t invited,” the source said. “Kathy has always treated Kyle like a little sister and Kyle is just over it.”
