There’s a long list of beautiful, famous Hollywood actresses who turned short-hairdos into iconic pixie cuts. There was Audrey Hepburn, Mia Farrow, Goldie Hawn, Anne Hathaway and Gwyneth Paltrow to name just a few.

Now we can add Kristin Chenoweth to that list, who was just one of three famous actresses who chopped it all off, well most of it off, this past week. Chenoweth, along with Oscar winning actress Jennifer Hudson and Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson all opted to forego their flowing locks in favor of the short pixie.

Chenoweth cut her hair for an upcoming film role, however, she’s been considering the pixie cut for a while now. Her stylist Jonathan Hanousek told Us Weekly that the 45-year-old Broadway veteran is digging the new hairdo. “She is in love with her new haircut! I’m sure that we will maintain it for some time.”

Chenoweth’s fans came out on Twitter to let the actress know how much they loved her pixie. In fact, Kristin’s haircut has become such a hotbed topic, that it’s currently trending #1 on Yahoo.
