  • Kristin Cavallari gave birth to her second son just seven months ago and she is already in amazing shape. She recently shared a selfie of herself in a sports bra and yoga pants, flaunting her tiny waist and tight abs.

“Just got a nice little workout in. Yes those are baby monitors behind me #GottaLoveNapTime,” she captioned the photo.

Cavallari has always been in great shape and during both pregnancies she continued to eat healthy and exercise regularly. In July, she said that she had lost 20 pounds already but still had five more to go to be back at her pre-baby weight.

She also said that she had been working out really hard and was continuing to eat right.

“I don’t put any toxic chemicals in my body. I’m a freak about reading the ingredients. I don’t count calories, I just read what’s in whatever I’m going to be putting in my mouth,” she told Access Hollywood. “I try to be as organic as possible I stay away from dairy for the most part… I’m actually allergic to cow’s milk so that’s reason enough but I also, I think that that’s the number one weight gainer. If you’re going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy.”

The picture proves that Kristin’s diet and exercise plan are paying off and she seems to be in better shape than ever. Of course, chasing after two little boys could be another reason she is so skinny and in such great shape.

What do you think of Kristin’s abs and over all look and do you think she used more than just healthy eating and exercise to get so fit?
