A source told InTouch Weekly that Kourtney Kardashian is “so thrilled” that the baby is a girl. “She had wanted a girl from the very start. Kourt knows her new baby girl will be a perfect playmate for Penelope, and for Mason, too,” the source said.

Kardashian’s boyfriend, Scott Disick, had reportedly been looking forward to having a son, however. “He was really leaning towards a boy because he’s surrounded by girls all the time. He just needs time. He’ll be fine,” said the source.

Kardashian, who is 35 years old, is reportedly six months pregnant with her baby girl. She was recently spotted with Disick and daughter Penelope grabbing brunch in Calabasas, California. Despite her huge belly, Kardashian donned short, skin-tight cutoff denim shorts that looked a bit uncomfortable yet stylish. She wore a snug black shirt with Chanel espadrilles and wide-brimmed bowler hat, protecting her eyes with round sunglasses. Meanwhile, Disick was casual in his blue shorts and gray shirt, protecting his face with a black baseball cap. His daughter looked cute in a gray jersey top with puffed sleeves over black capri pants.

Disick revealed in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that he never married his girlfriend—and mother to his children—because of the “pressure.”

“There’s a lot of pressure and everybody is watching you. That’s one of the reasons I think me and Kourtney don’t get married. It’s too much,” confessed Disick to Kardashian’s sister Kendall Jenner, in the September 1 episode.

Kardashian and Disick, along with her pregnancy, will star in the upcoming spin-off Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons, which premieres in November on E!
