  • Kim Kardashian has nearly 19 million followers on Instagram, and all of them were privy to her thoughts on her husband on Monday after she took to the image-sharing site to vent about the media stirring things up.

Kardashian came to hubby Kanye West’s defense this week after it was reported that, during his Australian tour recently, he yelled at audience members to stand up and dance and became irritated when several concert-goers–who were in wheelchairs–remained seated. West himself said during another show that he feels the media is “demonizing” him, and that they need to pick a new target.

“What an amazing Australian tour! Its frustrating that something so awesome could be clouded by lies in the media. Kanye never asked anyone in a wheel chair to stand up & the audience videos show that. He asked for everyone to stand up & dance UNLESS they were in a wheel chair. #JustWantedEveryoneToHaveAFunNight #TheMediaTwistsThings,” Kardashian captioned a video from the show on Instagram.

The Kardashians and Jenners have been in the news quite a bit this week; aside from the rumors about West, it’s also been reported that Kendall Jenner, who is working hard at a modeling career, has asked Kim not to come to the shows she walks in because she wants to keep that part of her life separate from the reality show star and their family.

While there may not be any truth to that rumor, Jenner has dropped her last name while she’s working because she doesn’t want to be associated with her famous family while she’s trying to get jobs.

“People didn’t want to take a chance on me, I think because I was sort of known. They were a little bit on the fence about it. Some people might think that what I’ve done before made it easier for me to get jobs, but it was actually a disadvantage. I had to work even harder,” she told Teen Vogue.
