  • It’s no secret that Khloe Kardashian has had a rough year. The realization that her marriage to Lamar Odom was over has definitely taken its toll on her.

Not only does Khloe have to live the drama of her life, she also has to witness it all over again when each episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians airs. The show has documented Khloe’s struggle to stay with her husband despite his stint in rehab for drugs and alcohol, and the many cheating allegations. However, it all finally got to be too much for her to handle, and viewers were able to see her file for divorce on a recent episode.

During a recent interview with Australia’s 2Day FM Breakfast With the Stars radio show, Khloe opened up about her divorce, and how she is dealing with it. “It’s definitely not anything I’m through,” Khloe admitted. “I’m going through it, but I’m not through it.”

“It’s really hard to watch yourself on TV. It’s definitely different in that the world has to watch, too,” Khloe explained. “It’s definitely not the easiest thing to do, but it’s what my life is.” Khloe, and the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner bunch, have grown up in the spotlight. They have learned to live their lives in the public eye, however that doesn’t always make it easy.

“I have the same friends that I’ve had for 15 years,” she explained. “I think also, just by having each other, as soon as one of us gets a big head, we shoot the other one down. That’s the beauty about having brothers and sisters. I just don’t believe the hype. I just don’t take myself too seriously. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.”

“It’s easy to get lost in this,” Khloe continued. “It’s easy to get lost in all the hype and to have all these ‘yes men’ around you. It’s a really easy thing. But because we’re all doing it together, it’s a really rare scenario. Most families aren’t all in the public eye as we are. It works as a blessing. It works in our favor.”
