  • Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys of The Americans are expecting their first child together!

Russell, 39, is more than four months along” in her pregnancy, a source close to the star told Us Weekly, which first reported the news Wednesday.

A source for E! News close to Rhys, 41, reportedly confirmed the exciting baby news.

    “It’s so exciting for them!”

While the couple have yet to confirm the news through their respective reps, a friend of the couple also told People magazine they are “thrilled.”

The baby will be the first for Rhys and the third for Russell, who is already mother to son River Deary, eight, and four-year-old daughter Willa Deary, whom she had with ex-husband Shane Deary. The couple were married for seven years before they split in 2013.

“I like working hard, but my life outside of my career is equally important to me,” Russell told Parade magazine in 2013. “You instantly become less selfish [when you’re a mother]. You can’t be the biggest person in the world anymore — they are. It really grounds you.”

Keri Russell met Rhys on the set of their FX series, co-starring as Elizabeth and Philip Jennings, and went public with their romance in April 2014.

“Matthew is really in love,” a source told Us Weekly on Wednesday. “They feel they should have always been together.”

As they await the arrival of their little one, Russell and Rhys will make the media rounds to promote the fourth season of their highly-acclaimed series, The Americans, which premieres sometime in March. The exact date of the premiere has yet to be determined.
