Kendall Jenner was all set to wow the world this week with her Harper’s Bazaar cover. But the Interwebs had other plans for her.

The Harper’s Bazaar cover went ahead, alright. It also included an interview segment with Kendall Jenner in which the model and KUWTK scion talked about her ubiquitous older sister and her friendship with a fashion icon.

“I really admire Kim’s style,” Kendall Jenner told Bazar. “It’s insane. She really knows how to work her style with her body. I think she could be a major fashion icon. It’s so fun to be in Paris with her, but I’ll walk out and be like, ‘Oh, my God, I love my outfit,’ and then I’ll see Kim and I’ll be like, ‘My outfit sucks compared to yours!'”

Kendall Jenner has been one of the chosen darlings of fashion magnate Karl Lagerfeld since last year. His blessing has out her on the map in the fashion world in a way that her KUWTK association never could.

Kendall Jenner spoke about her friendship with Lagerfeld.

“I’m really shy when I first meet someone—and to meet him was even worse. He would say something to me and I would just nod. It was like meeting a crush or something—I was mute,” she said. “He probably thought I was the biggest weirdo. And then every time we’d see each other, it would just get better and better. Now we’re totally BFFs.”

Kendall Jenner re-posted her Bazaar cover shot to her Instagram account for all to see.

But about those other plans. Just as Jenner was prepping to post her cover shot, someone hacked her Twitter account and posted a aseries of unsavory and tasteless tweets as though they originated with Kendall Jenner.

Someone calling himself @ThyClerk managed to send out three tweets that had Jenner fans in an uproar. One referenced Kendall Jenner’s dad Bruce Jenner and the rumored sex change process he is undergoing.

“My dad got the sex change, he’s officially a woman now, we can finally have lesbian sex #sweg Confirmed from @ThyClerk and @fuckcynical”

There was also a tweet that mentioned Justin Bieber, alluding to the rumored romance between him and Kendall Jenner.

“Just got done slobbing on @justinbieber’s nob #SloppyToppy #KKK.”

Finally, the hacker simply asked people to follow his account, but referenced a sensitive eating disorder rumor that Kendall Jenner has dodged.

Follow @ThyClerk and @fuckcynical or Kendall will go bulimic again

The hacker’s own account was suspended and Kendall Jenner got control of her online presence back.
