Kate Upton is reportedly engaging in a lawsuit against a site called Celeb Jihad, which posted a photoshopped image of the model that makes her appear topless.

Upton’s legal team requested that the photo be taken down, but the site simply replaced it with a GIF of the Sports Illustrated beauty coming up out of the water with the caption, “*Photos removed by SI’s lawyers enjoy the Kate Upton GIF above instead”. The headline was also changed to “Kate Upton SI Swimsuit Issue 2014 Outtakes”.

Upton has been in the headlines recently after a zero-gravity photo shoot for SI and a photograph posted to Twitter which shows the model teaching Tigers catcher Bryan Holaday how to pose in a swimsuit. The photo was taken at a dinner for the team members, where Upton showed up with rumored boyfriend Justin Verlander. The couple has not commented publicly on their relationship yet but have been seen several times together.

The model can soon be seen in the upcoming Leslie Mann/Cameron Diaz film “The Other Woman”, which opens in April.
