  • Kate Moss was reportedly escorted off her flight over the weekend after being what officials called “disruptive”.

The supermodel–who was in Turkey for a friend’s birthday celebration and was flying back to London–allegedly grabbed some vodka from her carry-on bag and poured herself a drink after being refused alcohol on the plane, and later called the pilot a “basic bitch”. The flight crew called ahead to the airport and had officers meet them as they led Moss away, but she was reportedly not arrested. An eyewitness said that the incident wasn’t technically disruptive, as most passengers thought the exchange was funny.

“She called the pilot a “basic b****” as police led her off the plane, she was a little drunk and had a disagreement with another passenger on the flight as she was refused alcohol and then went to serve her own vodka from her cabin luggage. But she was not aggressive to anyone and was funny really, the easyJet crew was acting out of proportion,” the witness told the Daily Mail.

Moss made headlines last year when she did a racy photo shoot with Cara Delevingne for Burberry. Delevingne said that although they were both naked at one point, behind the scenes things were very light.

“It was hysterical. We always have fun together. And so to work with Mario Testino and Christopher Bailey, as well … I could spend my whole day like that. I think trying to get us to stop nattering and chatting was probably quite hard. But then they captured that, so it was great. It was just us, being friends and having a good time,” Cara said.

Kate Moss will reportedly not face any charges for the incident on the plane; a spokesperson for Bedfordshire Police said, “We were called to assist staff in escorting a passenger from a flight arriving into Luton airport this afternoon. The passenger had been reported as being disruptive on the flight. Officers attended and escorted the passenger from the plane. No formal complaints were made against her and she was not arrested.”
