  • Josh Duggar of 19 Kids and Counting fame has been officially named in a lawsuit filed by porn star Danica Dillon. Dillon claims in the suit that when she had sex with Josh Duggar several months ago, the incidents caused “physical and emotional injuries,” and left her feeling “as if she were being raped.”

Shortly after the Ashley Madison website hacking scandal this past summer, Josh Duggar was discovered to have two accounts on the cheater’s website. He admitted he cheated on wife Anna Duggar, and to having an addiction to pornography. Danica Dillon came forward following Josh Duggar’s admission, claiming she had sex with the 19 Kids and Counting star–while Anna Duggar was pregnant with their fourth child.

“The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at trial,” Danica Dillon’s attorney Marc Frumer tells In Touch exclusively. “They are all relevant if he takes the stand.”

Josh Duggar checked into a long-term faith-based rehab program in August. A recent report indicates he may have left the facility with father Jim Bob Duggar in a private plane owned by the Duggar family.

The 19 Kids and Counting patriarch reportedly offered a home to Josh Duggar’s wife, Anna, if she would forego plans to divorce her husband.

What kind of turmoil might this lawsuit on behalf of Danica Dillon stir up for Josh Duggar, his wife, and the 19 Kids and Counting family members?

Did Josh Duggar’s immoral actions effectively ruin his life–for good?
