Jill Dillard, nee Jill Duggar, is now several days past her due date for delivering ‘Baby Dilly,’ yet she was spotted working as a volunteer in her community despite her expanded girth.

The 23-year-old and her husband, Derick Dillard, put in some time working at the Compassion Center in Springdale, Arkansas–a thrift shop run by a local church.

Jill DIllard has documented her entire pregnancy, with Derick posting them to his Instagram account. They started calling their unborn child ‘Baby Dilly’ shortly after learning they were expecting.

Jill shared an Instagram photo of the fun she and her hubby, along with two friends, had while volunteering at the thrift shop this weekend.

“Volunteering at the Compassion Center this morning in Springdale, AR. @compassionnwa #compassioncenter http://crosschurch.com/compassion/,” she captioned the shot.

Derick Dillard posted this next photo of his wife at 40 weeks and two days, and likely expects it will be the last photo he takes in his documentation of Jill Dillard’s pregnancy.

“I wonder if #babydilly will decide to come on the one year anniversary of my engagement to @jillmdillard this weekend,” he captioned the picture.

Jill Duggar Dillard got engaged a year ago this weekend, and married Derick Dillard last June. So far it doesn’t look like ‘Baby Dilly’ is interrupting any anniversary plans, but it’s likely the couple has opted to stay close to home–just in case.

Jill Dillard is training to be a midwife, so she has some expertise in childbirth. Hopefully that experience comes in handy when she goes into labor.

Meanwhile Derick Dillard is no doubt trying to amuse himself in an attempt to wish away any new-dad nerves that may be plaguing him. He posted two humorous tweets this week that likely have Jill Dillard rolling her eyes.

Oh, dear.

It’s clear now that Jill Dillard took Derick to the church’s thrift shop to volunteer to keep his mind off the impending arrival of ‘Baby Dilly.’

There will certainly be lots of excitement in the 19 Kids and Counting home when word emerges that Jill Dillard is in labor. Fans of the show are counting the days until an announcement comes saying Jessa Duggar, who recently married Ben Seewald, is expecting a baby, too.

Derick and Jill Dillard’s son will be the fourth grandchild for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Son Josh Duggar and his wife Anna have three children, with a fourth on the way. ‘Baby Dilly’ will beat their fourth child in its arrival, however.
