Jennifer Lawrence was the princess of the Academy Awards earlier this year, but that doesn't mean she wants her Oscar sitting out for all her friends to see.

Lawrence, who won Best Actress for "Silver Linings Playbook", said she had the statue on display for a while but it wasn't in a prominent spot, and her mom put an end to that.

"My parents took it back to Kentucky, 'cause I felt odd having it, like, on display in my house," she said. "If anybody's coming over to my house, I didn't want them to remember that. Just kind of puts a weird energy out. I put it in the hallway towards the bathroom, and my mom was like, 'I'm taking it. It shouldn't be here.' And now it's on a piano in Kentucky!"

Lawrence, who is from Louisville, hit up Comic-Con in San Diego this weekend with some of her "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" co-stars and talked about some of the funnier moments during shooting.

"[The parties] were so weird," Lawrence said. "Woody Harrelson in a cropped top was my favorite. He got really hot and wanted to borrow a shirt of mine because he wore a thermal and the only thing he could fit in was a baggy crop top. And the best part is nobody mentioned it! The whole party, like nobody said anything. They're just like, 'Yeah, Woody's in a crop top.' That was great."
