  • Jennifer Aniston opened up recently about her body and when she’s the most comfortable in her own skin, and she also revealed that even she isn’t immune to the cruel things people say online about celebrities.

The 45-year old actress looks incredible, but she says she has to be hard on herself sometimes when it comes to carbs; she only gives in to those cravings on the weekends. She also says it’s harder to drop even a few pounds the older she gets.

“These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder to get that down, at this age,” she said.

Aniston still has gorgeous glowing skin, which she says comes from a simple routine of washing, moisturizing, and using sun protection. However, there is always pressure in Hollywood to stay flawless at any age, which leads many actresses away from the beauty counter and into the plastic surgeon’s office. In fact, she has a message for a few friends who can’t stay away from the needle:

“They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, Oh god if you only know how much older you look,” she said.

Aniston also touched on one of the trickier aspects of fame, which is navigating through the cruel world of internet comments.

“The truth is you just go, ‘If they get a picture, that picture comes and goes, so who cares?’ Then you have 30 mean people who sit at their computers and spend their entire day picking apart and insulting celebrities about how ugly they are just so they can feel better—I guess—about themselves. I don’t understand it…there is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless.”
