  • Jennifer Aniston has been a style icon since her days on Friends, and even all these years later, she looks as good as she did when the first episode aired. Recently, Aniston shared some of her beauty secrets and even revealed what her fiance, Justin Theroux, likes in the way of makeup.

Aniston told People Magazine that she’s much better about drinking water and protecting her skin from the sun than she used to be.

“I’m less attached to [makeup] now. And Justin loves me without. He likes it when I smoke up my eyes….I drink water endlessly. Like five bottles a day. Now it’s just such habit. There are so many lazy water drinkers! I gave myself a sun-tanning intervention a few years ago, where I was basically saying, ‘Let’s just quit while we’re ahead. I was not great as a kid with sunscreen. That’s one of my big regrets. Now I use Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 15,” Aniston said.

Jennifer recently told Fashionista that she also has a unique hair care secret, particularly after she’s visited the gym.

“A little sweat in the hair is nice. It’s like a little product. You just blow it out with your fingers, and it’s actually just fun,” Aniston said.

Aniston credits a good workout routine and healthy diet for her seemingly ageless looks, and has spoken out against all the plastic surgery and injections that so many women in Hollywood seem fond of.

“It just doesn’t help. It’s a slippery, slippery slope. And like we were saying before, they just start to lose perspective, it’s their new normal, so it’s a hard one to come back from,” Jennifer Aniston told Yahoo Beauty.
