  • Jennie Garth is the author of a new book called Deep Thoughts From a Hollywood Blonde, and since its release on Tuesday the juicy revelations within its pages have piqued the interest of many fans and nosy readers. Garth doesn’t leave much about her 41-year life untouched.

Jennie talks anxiety–she suffered from it horribly right after being cast on Beverly Hills 90210. She talks about her broken marriage to Peter Facinelli. She even touches upon what it was like working with Amanda Bynes when the two starred in What I Like About You. Yes, there’s lots of good gossip amidst these pages. Do you think it’s enough to land Jennie Garth on the best seller’s list?

Even more enticing tidbits in Deep Thoughts From a Hollywood Blonde include the availability of drugs on the set of Beverly Hills 90210 and her relationships with both Shannen Doherty (nemesis) and Tori Spelling (dear friend).

Tori Spelling tweeted her excitement about Jennie Garth’s new book when it came out on Tuesday.

Garth suffered horribly when her marriage to Peter Facinelli crumbled, and she believes writing her book helped her through that period in many ways.

“In some ways [writing was] cathartic and very eye-opening for myself to take a look and see how my life has progressed and all the things that have happened and how they’ve molded me into the person I am today,” she said.

Jennie Garth is planning to return to TV in the near future along with Tori Spelling. The pair both serve as executive producers and stars in the upcoming Mystery Girls. It should definitely be a lot of fun for fans to have these two back together again on TV.
