  • Rumors that music power couple Jay Z and Beyonce are dissolving their marriage have been plaguing their joint world tour On The Run since it started, and now news of the couple’s habits while on tour are fanning the flames. The New York Post’s Page Six has reported that husband and wife are staying in separate hotels and arriving at the tour venues separately.

Not only are they leading separate lives while on tour but lawyers have joined the couple on tour to help them draft a statement that addresses the breakup rumors. However, it’s been said that Jay Z and Beyonce couldn’t agree on what the statement should say, delaying its release.

Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that Beyonce was spotted last week in Manhattan looking at apartments in the Chelsea district, leading others to speculate that she’s trying to find a life away from her rapper husband.

Although the couple has not let any hint of marital troubles show onstage, persons involved with the On The Run tour are afraid the tour might not survive the controversy surrounding their marriage. The sold-out tour is set to make Jay Z and Beyonce a cool $100 million and ends in Paris on September 13.

In May, footage of Beyonce’s sister, Solange Knowles, attacking Jay Z in a hotel elevator started circulating. Since then, there have been rumors that the couple’s marriage is on the rocks. Jay Z has been linked to fashion designer Rachel Roy and singer Rihanna, but he is supposedly desperate to fix his marriage to Beyonce. He is reportedly planning to take her away on a “make or break” vacation for a few weeks in between tour dates to work things out.
