Bruce Jenner has definitely undergone several physical changes after a number of plastic surgeries. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has had at least nose jobs, a face lift, and most recently a tracheal shave.

While nose jobs and face lifts are common procedures celebrities have been known to have, the former Olympian’s desire to flatten his Adam’s apple raised eyebrows and speculation with the media and fans collectively.

Rumors began flooding the media outlets claiming Jenner opted for the physical changes to fulfill his underlying desire of becoming a woman.

According to the Mayo Clinic, a tracheal shave is almost always the first step toward a gender reassignment. So, the media took the information and ran with it. However, Jenner refuted the rumors by simply saying, “I just didn’t like my trachea.”

While most would consider the outlandish rumor to be a bit far-fetched, Jenner’s latest actions definitely make people that another floating rumor proves to be true. Bruce Jenner is obsessed with his looks.

Over the past few months, Jenner has also undergone changes with his hair, sporting a longer style, and even a ponytail.

According to US Weekly, the infamous ponytail garnered so much attention that the 1976 gold medalist was actually trending more than his famed stepdaughter, Kim Kardashian.

However, its no secret that he definitely feels a great deal of insecurity about his physical appearance. An inside source close to the reality TV family spoke exclusively with the publication in regards to Jenner’s concern about his looks.

The source stated that “Bruce has always been obsessed with his looks,” one Kardashian-Jenner insider told US. Another insider added that he’s “never felt comfortable in his skin.”

Yahoo! Celebrity also reports that Jenner has spoken out in the past about his decisions for plastic surgery. His explanation actually sheds light on his insecurities, which coincides with what the insider told US Weekly. 

“If you Google my name, the worst plastic surgeries of all time, or whatever it is … they’ve compared me to Michael Jackson,” Bruce said on camera. Jenner noted that he “was just going through a bad time,” when he opted for the first surgery.

However, he also gave an example indicating that he has no shame or regret about his decision. “I had it done on camera in our show!” he said.
