Anyone planning on visiting Canada soon should prepare to wrap their bandanas in anticipation of Hulkmania. The John Bassett Theater in Toronto is preparing to host the famous wrestler Hulk Hogan through “Hulk Hogan: Uncensored” Q&A as part of Fan Expo Canada.

Hulk Hogan, having been to Toronto in past competitions had this to say about the city courtesy of The Canadian Press from Clearwater Beach, Florida, “One of the things that really caught me off guard when I was wrestling … I came up to Toronto and they said, ‘Oh, you’re doing a little outdoor show called the CNE.’ I went, ‘OK, a little outdoor show, maybe 5,000, maybe 10,000 people.’ I swear to God, when I showed up, there were over 70,000 people at the CNE centre. So that blew me away.”

The event is scheduled for Friday, August 23, 2013 at 8 p.m. local time. Hulk V.I.P. Meet and Greet tickets are available for $249 in addition to a Fan Expo admission ticket, gaining purchasers access to a special reception as well as autographs and photo-ops.

Hulk Hogan, whose birth name is Terry Bollea, has been vocal about his excitement for the upcoming event.

He recently said: “Some of the fans want to know about the wrestlers and what were they really like, some of the fans want to know what went down in my personal life and how true was this and how true was that, and I answer everything totally honest.”

Hulk Hogan has also shared his love for the Canadian people with The Province, “I swear, if I was broke, totally homeless, hungry, if I crawled with one arm across the border, the people in Toronto would feed me and clothe me and shelter me forever.”
