As you know, content comes and goes on Netflix. Each week, we’re bringing you a list of titles that you’ll be able to stream in the U.S. in the coming days. As always, dates are subject to change.

We're breaking from the norm a little this week, and looking at some titles coming to and going away from Netflix in the coming month. This isn't a complete list, but you can expect the following titles to become available for streaming in January:

Available 01/01:

Friends (The Complete Series)

This smash-hit, multiple-Emmy-winning sitcom follows the merry misadventures of six 20-something apartment dwellers as they navigate the pitfalls of work, life and love in 1990s Manhattan.

101 Dalmations (1996)

Dalmatians Pongo and Perdy and their owners are overjoyed by the arrival of 15 puppies. But the evil Cruella De Vil wants to harvest the pups' fur and dognaps the litter. Now, Pongo and Perdy must rally the city's animals to come to their rescue.

Mean Girls

After growing up abroad, brainy teen Cady Heron moves to Chicago and haphazardly joins her new high school's most powerful clique. But there's hell to pay when the ex-boyfriend of the clique's menacing leader shows interest in being Cady's guy.

Bad Boys II

In this hyperkinetic sequel, Miami narcotics cops Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett reteam to investigate Cuban drug lord Johnny Tapia and his ties to the influx of Ecstasy. Meanwhile, Marcus' sister -- and Mike's lover -- has been kidnapped by Tapia.

Unfortunately, Hot Fuzz is not available to stream.

Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas

This cult favorite chronicles the hallucinogenic misadventures of a sportswriter and his lawyer on a three-day romp from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Motoring across the Mojave Desert to Sin City, the hazy travelers ingest a cornucopia of drugs.

Cast Away

After FedEx systems engineer Chuck Noland's (Tom Hanks) plane crashes in the Pacific Ocean, he finds himself fighting to survive on a deserted island with nothing but a painted volleyball -- a silent partner he names Wilson -- for company. An acting tour de force for Hanks (who received a Golden Globe Award for his performance), this drama from director Robert Zemeckis is a fascinating abstract about the indomitability of the human spirit.

Election

Tracy Flick (Reese Witherspoon) appears to have the election for student council president sewn up until one of her teachers, Mr. McAllister (Matthew Broderick), rounds up a worthy opponent: a popular and naïve varsity football player (Chris Klein) whose knee injury has him sidelined for the season. Tracy is desperate to win the race at any cost. But Mr. McAllister is just as determined to see Tracy -- a textbook overachiever -- soundly defeated.

Wayne's World 2

In this sequel to the comedy hit based on a recurring "SNL" skit, a message from Jim Morrison in a dream prompts cable access TV stars Wayne (Mike Myers) and Garth (Dana Carvey) to put on a rock concert, "Waynestock," with Aerosmith as headliners. But amid the preparations, Wayne frets that a record producer is putting the moves on his girlfriend, Cassandra (Tia Carrere), while Garth handles the advances of mega-babe Honey Hornee (Kim Basinger).

Bruce Almighty

At the end of the worst day in his life, television reporter Bruce Nolan angrily ridicules God -- and the Almighty responds by endowing Bruce with all of His divine powers. The question is, can Bruce improve on perfection?

Shall We Dance? (2004)

Though John Clark has all he could ever ask for -- including a successful law career and a loving wife -- true happiness eludes him. But when an impulse prompts him to take ballroom dancing lessons, he finds an undiscovered passion within.

To Be Takei

Proving there's life after "Star Trek," this documentary profiles the career of actor George Takei, who played Lieutenant Sulu in the series and later became a well-known advocate for gay rights, backed by a legion of enduring fans.

The French Connection

Tough-as-nails narcotics detective "Popeye" Doyle and his partner, Russo, are in hot pursuit of a suave French drug dealer who may be the key to a multimillion-dollar heroin-smuggling operation in this classic crime thriller inspired by true events.

Fort Bliss

After Army field doctor Maggie Swann returns from a long and grueling tour in Afghanistan, she finds that her absence has fractured her bond with her 5-year-old son. As she begins to heal the breach, Maggie learns that she's being redeployed.

Dallas (2012) Season 3

More than 20 years after their final curtain call, the Ewings return with both new and familiar faces -- and all the treachery that made the original series a classic. This time around, J.R. and Bobby watch as their sons carry on the Ewing legacy.

Available 01/03:

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit

CIA analyst Jack Ryan tries to thwart a terrorist plot to bring down the U.S. economy in this action-thriller helmed by Kenneth Branagh. Chris Pine plays the title character alongside an all-star cast that includes Kevin Costner and Keira Knightley.

White Collar: Season 5

Ultra-suave forger and con man Neal Caffrey always dresses impeccably, even when he's prison-bound after FBI Agent Peter Burke captures him. To avoid jail, Neal signs on to help Peter catch other white-collar thieves but conceals an ulterior motive.

Available 01/08:

Psych: Season 8

Having honed his powers of deduction by observing his police officer dad, Shawn Spencer appears to possess a nearly supernatural gift for crime-solving -- so much so that the police begin employing his services as a psychic.

Frank

An aspiring musician joins a band of eccentrics led by an enigmatic singer -- who wears a fake head -- and his unstable girlfriend. Creative tension mounts as the group retreats to the woods to cut an album.

Available 01/09:

Z Nation: Season 1

Three years since a zombie virus swept America, there's only one person known to have survived the infection -- the world's last hope at creating a vaccine.

Available 01/16:

Tinker, Taylor, Soldier, Spy (2011)

This gripping thriller about Cold War espionage follows an English spy as he returns to MI-6 under a cloud of suspicion. In the years since he was sacked by the agency, some suspect that he's become an operative for the Soviet Union.

01/28:

Chef

When chef Carl Casper's plans for opening a restaurant in Los Angeles fail to pan out, he returns home to Miami and debuts a food truck instead. While trying to regain his zest for cookery, Carl also tries to mend his fractured family ties.
