Haylie Duff, the older sister of Hilary Duff, is pregnant with her first child.
She and fiancé Matt Rosenberg have been engaged since April, but are not yet married. The couple recently celebrated their dating anniversary together and shared photos of themselves at the beach.
“We’re just really enjoying this phase of our relationship. I feel like so many people, you get engaged and then it’s like, ‘Okay, we have to get married within a year,’ or whatever it is…We’re kinda just like enjoying being engaged. It’s fun to be a fiance,” Haylie said about her relationship. “I think if we could just go elope somewhere with our closest friends and family, he’d be thrilled on that idea because there’s a lot of pressure that comes along with all this stuff.”
Haylie shared the news of her pregnancy on Instagram and her website.
“And baby makes three…I have always shared everything with ya’ll here on Real Girl’s Kitchen…You have been with me through dating, falling in love, getting engaged and now the moment that has changed my life forever! Today we have big, exciting, wonderful, magical, amazing news! Matty and I are expecting a baby girl! Entering this new chapter of our lives and our relationship has been so special. We are so happy and so in love with her already!!”
Haylie has already had a lot of practice with children and spends a lot of time with her nephew Luca. She even admitted to Access Hollywood that she keeps a car seat in her car just for Luca.
Looks like she will have plenty of experience by the time her own baby arrives.
