  • Eminem’s little girl is not so little anymore! 17-year-old, Hailie Scott, was named Homecoming Queen on Friday night at Chippewa Valley High School, in Michigan.

Eminem was, of course, there to support his daughter. However, he remained inside to watch her crowning to keep from drawing the attention away from Hailie. Hailie’s King was Star Trek lover,Tyler Knepp.

“Hailie came out with her mother Kim when she was introduced with all the other kids but her father watched from inside the school because he didn’t want to cause a scene — he wanted Hailie to have her own moment,” one of the parents in attendance said.

“I heard our people had him in the cafeteria so he could see what was going on outside, but I can’t confirm that,” said George Sobah, the president of the Chippewa Valley Board of Education.

When Hailie’s name was announced one parents said, “He (Eminem) opened the door and looked out like – ‘That’s my daughter!’ He just looked like a proud father,” the parent said.

Hailie is a senior at Chippewa Valley, and has been attending school in the Chippewa district since she started elementary school. Chippewa parents have said that everyone has tried to treat Hailie as normal as possible so she could live a life like all of the other kids.

“I think all of the kids in the district have shown respect to their family and just let her live a normal life here out of the spotlight,” one parent said. “I think that speaks very highly of the Chippewa Valley community to not try to take advantage of their fame.”
