It’s been fun and sun for the famed actress Demi Moore, as she’s been vacationing in Mexico with her daughter Rumer Willis to bring in the New Year, along with Willis’s boyfriends actor Jayson Blair. The 51-year old was also seen strolling hand-in-hand with 27-year old Sean Friday, who happens to be the drummer for the L.A. rock band Dead Sara. It’s been rumored that the two have been dating for a short while.

According to an inside source for People magazine, Moore is eager to make 2014 the best year yet and move on from past relationship struggles and bad press. If you remember, in 2012 the “Charlie’s Angels” star was rushed to a hospital by paramedics after reportedly smoking some sort of substance, which came a little after her announcement that she split with “That ’70s Show” star Ashton Kutcher.

But now she seems to be in a much better place, both physically and emotionally.

“Demi has been having an incredible time,” said the inside source. “She looks amazing and she’s been relaxed and happy. It’s a perfect start to the New Year. She wants to leave all the negativity behind.

Meanwhile, things have been heating up for Kutcher and his current girlfriend, actress Mila Kunis, and based on a story in the International Business Times, an engagement for the two is right around the corner. Apparently, the two are eager to start a family together. “They talk about getting married and having kids. An engagement is imminent,” revealed a Us Weekly source.

So it looks like 2014 will be the year that both Moore and Kutcher start shaping their futures with their respective mates and become less associated with each other in the press. However, it’s easy to wonder if Kutcher has noticed how great Moore looks these days, since she’s able to rival any 20-year old in the gorgeous department.

But isn’t that the way things usually work? Once you breakup with someone their beauty increases tenfold? It seems to happen all of the time.
