  • Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston have been BFFs since their Friends days–and the ladies are best friends still. And just like most best friends who love to celebrate together, Cox was the last guest to leave Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s wedding at their Bel Air mansion on Wednesday.

Not only was Courteney Cox a guest at Jennifer Aniston’s wedding, she served as maid of honor, too. She took the honor very seriously, too–staying to dance the night away with the bride and groom until about 3 a.m. the next morning.

“The last guest to leave was Courteney,” a source tells People magazine of Cox. “She left right after Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Kimmel. She left around 3 a.m. At 2 a.m. they still had the music pretty loud.”

Jennifer Aniston will likely be returning the favor one day soon. Courteney Cox is engaged to Snow Patrol rocker Johnny Daid. The two have yet to announce a wedding date–but then again Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux never did either.

Jennifer Aniston is godmother to Courteney Cox’s daughter Coco Arquette. It certainly seems like the two ladies have taken their status as friends (not necessarily Friends) very seriously. How wonderful that they’ve had each other to share their heartaches and their joys with throughout the past decade.

Are you surprised that Courteney Cox was the last of the guests to leave Jennifer Aniston’s wedding? She was not only fulfilling her duties as maid of honor, but was no doubt completely enjoying being there with and for her best friend, too.

How cool that the Monica/Rachel Friends relationship lives on.
