  • Christina Aguilera recently posed nude for V magazine–sharing her burgeoning pregnant body for all its readers to see. The Voice mentor is expecting her second child–her first with fiance Matt Rutler. Aguilera and ex-husband Jordan Bratman have one son together–six-year-old Max.

What’s especially interesting about this particular photo shoot–in addition to Christina Aguilera’s nude body–is that she requested it. They didn’t come to her and ask her to pose.

“As a woman, I’m proud to embrace my body through all stages of life, staying fearless and confident in surrendering to the unknowns the future has in store,” the 33-year-old told the mag.

Aguilera contacted photographer Brian Bowen Smith and asked for the spread.

She “wanted to capture some blissful moments before she gives birth,” according the V’s website.

One of those blissful moments finds Christina Aguilera completely nude, with her long hair and one of her hands just slightly covering her bare breasts.

Another shows her wearing a sheer white dress that leaves little to nothing under it to the imagination.

This isn’t the first time Christina Aguilera posed nude while pregnant. She did so for Marie Claire back in 2007 when she was pregnant with her son Max.

It’s been clear throughout her pregnancy that she is quite enthralled with her growing baby bump.

Would you pose nude while pregnant? If so, would you want those pictures shared with the public or would you keep them private–as personal mementoes instead?
