  • If you’ve been grumbling about the video quality of all those TED talks the past few years, you’re going to have to go find something new to complain about because those videos have finally been honey-basted with some hi-def eye-candy.

    In addition to the improved HD video quality, TED also announced today that they’ve added more legible subtitles and a toolbar that should make it easier for you to share your favorite talks with those whom you think are suffering from a TED deficiency. More, TED has also changed the full-screen option so it truly takes up your entire screen:

    You’ll notice at the bottom of the screen is the new control bar. TED’s new video interface is reminiscent of the new look that Netflix launched not too long ago, which is to say, this a pretty slick design.
