  • Candis Cayne, one of Caitlyn Jenner’s closest friends, continued celebrating New York City Pride this weekend, along with the I Am Cait star and another good friend, Geena Rocero. The three ladies enjoyed dinner after Jenner made a surprise appearance during Candis Cayne’s performance at Dream Downtown on Sunday.

Caitlyn Jenner looked gorgeous in her tight black dress. She carried a small clutch for the evening get together. Jenner was all smiles as she posed for pictures with Geena Rocero, Candis Cayne, and others.

Rocero took to Instagram to share a photo in celebration of trans ladies.

“Amazing dinner with fabulous Caitlyn Jenner, Candis Cayne and many power Trans Ladies! #TransPinay #genderproud #girlslikeus #transisbeautiful,” she captioned the shot.

Caitlyn Jenner shared an Instagram shot on her page of an even larger group celebrating, which she captioned, “Such a fun dinner in NYC w/ this powerful group of trans women. They are all so beautiful. @GeenaRocero @candiscayne.”

Candis Cayne and Geena Rocero were both on hand as Caitlyn Jenner made her New York City Pride Parade debut, which was deemed a huge success.

“Everyone started chanting, ‘Caitlyn, Caitlyn.’ She got up and waved and smiled at everyone.” Caitlyn was also photographed dancing and having the time of her life,” a source told E!

“Caitlyn was super open and having a really good time. She interacted with the crowd and really seemed to be enjoying herself,” the source added.

Kudos to Candis Cayne and Geena Rocero for supporting Caitlyn Jenner–and to Caitlyn for supporting them and the entire NYC Pride Parade.

Jenner and her friends are setting examples for families, friends, and the general public–assuring them that despite one’s gender, it’s love that matters most. May they continue to win even more hearts and minds as they share their struggles–and their celebrations, too.
