  • According to TMZ, Bruce Jenner has put a hold on his planned docuseries to chronicle his transition from a man into a woman.

Back in January, there were rumors that the docuseries was full steam ahead, with a couple of names even tossed out to the press. according to a Hollywood Life source:

“This is not a joke, the number one name for the show that is being thrown around is Trans-Jenner! It almost is too perfect. But another name they are also throwing around is Bruce Jenner – My Journey. They don’t want to fully scare off potential viewers with a very risky title for a very risky life change.”

“It’s in the very beginning stages, but it’s a go,” a source close to production told Variety.

Even Kim Kardashian West was along for the ride, telling Entertainment Tonight, “Bruce should tell his story his way. I think everyone goes through things in life, but I do think that that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he’ll share whenever the time is right.”

For a while, there was rumor that Bruce might be seeking a spinoff series within the Keeping Up with the Kardashians franchise for his “transition.” But that bit of news appears to be a no-go. Keeping Up with the Kardashians executive producer Jeff Jenkins has come right out and said so.

“You will see Bruce on season 10 and beyond that, he is in season 10. He’s in all the way to the very end of it. Beyond that there is, to my knowledge, no series in production that, as we said, is its own series,” Jenkins says. “That’s really the current situation. As of right now, there’s no Keeping Up with Bruce Jenner.”
