  • Jamie Lynn Spears and businessman Jamie Watson were married Friday in New Orleans.

Britney Spears and her boyfriend, David Lucado, joined mom, Lynn Spears, and approximately 150-200 guests to watch her little sister say “I Do.”

This is the first marriage for Jamie Lynn, who has a 5-year-old daughter, Maddie Briann. At one time she was engaged to Maddie’s dad, Casey Aldridge, but the couple called off the engagement in 2010.

Us Weekly reports that Maddie was the flower girl, carrying a bouquet of pink and white flowers and Eonline reports that Britney’s sons, Jayden James and Sean, walked together as ring bearers.

The reception was held at the Audubon Tea Room in New Orleans, with Watson wearing a dark suit with a silky tie and Jamie Lynn in a v-neck Liancarlo gown. Daughter Maddie stood by in her own white gown as the couple cut into a five-tiered cake dotted with sugared roses.

Jamie Lynn told MTV that her country love song How Could I Want More was inspired by her romance with Watson.

“It’s a song that’s very personal to me, I wrote it about my now fiancĂ©,” said Jamie Lynn. “I had just moved to Nashville so I was really focusing on working and being a mom and a new town and a new home, so me and him broke up for a little bit so I could really focus on that, so this song was written in that vulnerable moment.”

Jamie Lynn, 22, announced her engagement last March on Twitter.

Before returning to music, Jamie Lynn was known for her role in the Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101, in the mid-2000s. It was during this time that the shocking news was announced of her pregnancy at the age of 16.
