While the pop superstar admits she has thought about retiring, she said she is not quite ready to give up on her career and is planning on continuing her two-year residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

“I have thought about it, but I think right now is my time to perform and doing what I’m doing,” Spears told E! News while promoting her new special I am Britney Jean.

Spears is loving the spotlight, but says that she would give it all up and move back to Louisiana if she was to experience a life-changing event like having another baby.

“If I happen to have another baby or something like that, I’d probably move back to Louisiana,” she explained. “I do miss Louisiana. I miss the people. I miss the food. I miss the way of life, how everything is really simple. There’s no traffic like there is in L.A. It’s really nice.”

In other Britney news, she said she is really excited about the quickly approaching holiday season and revealed what she wanted from Santa Clause … nothing!

“What do I want Santa to bring me?—I have everything,” she said. “I’m so happy. I don’t need anything. I just want good health, happiness and love.”

However, her two boys Sean Preston, eight, and Jayden, seven, aren’t thinking like their momma. “They want everything under the sun—iPad Minis, new phones,” Spears said. “They act like they’re 27 years old. You’re eight and seven years old, you can’t have an iPad Mini and a phone! They’re into gadgets right now. They’re into games, computers and all electronic things.”
