Bobbi Kristina Brown remains in a medically-induced coma in a hospital in Atlanta.
Since being found last month unresponsive and underwater in her bathtub, there has been little to no change in her condition.
Because of her seemingly hopeless fate, recurring rumors that Bobbi Kristina will be taken off of life support continue to run rampant.
However, Bobby Brown calls these rumors “false” as he continues to hold on to hope that a miracle will occur and he can have his daughter back.
A family member reportedly told People that her condition is grim, adding, “There hasn’t been a change in the past week.”
The family member admitted, “It’s so confusing. [But] everyone is still praying for her. That’s what matters.”
One would like to take the words of this family member as fact, but it’s hard after Bobby Brown’s statement last week, through his lawyer, warned everyone of the accuracy of “family member” statements.
The statement, on behalf of Bobby Brown from the office of Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC, read, “At this time it is requested that the media cease speaking with unauthorized members of the family.”
It went on to say, “The integrity of the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina must remain uncompromised. Various members of the family have provided media interviews, however, none of them are approved visitors to see Bobbi Kristina. None of them have firsthand knowledge of Bobbi Kristina’s treatment and the medical staff at Emory University Hospital has not communicated with them.”
That being said, there hasn’t been an “authorized” update since Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized, so I suppose in this case, the “source” is the most believable yet.
