Bobbi Kristina Brown is still unconscious and hooked up to life sustaining equipment in an Atlanta hospital. Saturday marks two weeks since she was found unconscious in her bathtub at her Roswell home. It was supposedly Nick Gordon--the man she referred to as her husband--who discovered her facedown in the water.
Bobbi Kristina's family--including dad, Bobby Brown and grandmother, Cissy Houston--have prohibited Nick Gordon from being with Bobbi Kristina in her hospital room. Although a recent report said he is seeking legal help in an effort to return to Bobbi Kristina's side, he has issued a statement saying that isn't true.
Jerod Brown--Bobbi Kristina's cousin--told the media that Nick has gone to court to 'challenge the family.'
"He’s taken legal action in that matter to get visits to see Krissi,” Jerod Brown said.
Jerod Brown explained that he is acting as a sort-of intermediary between Nick Gordon--the young man Whitney Houston raised from the age of 12--and Bobby Brown's family. Many of the family members believe Nick Gordon is responsible for the present state of Bobbi Kristina Brown's health.
“I’m not in the business of pointing fingers,” Jerod Brown explains. “You know, America is about guilty until proven innocent. Well right now, everybody’s innocent until proven guilty to me. The only thing I care about is the well-being of my cousin.”
He added that Nick Gordon is 'torn up' over the fact that Bobbi Kristina is fighting for her life.
“We sit there and we talk about several things: how he’s dealing with the situation, what he would like my family to know and what he would love Krissi to know, and that is that he loves Krissi,” Jerod said. “He’s just waiting for her to wake up.”

Nick Gordon broke his silence through his attorneys on Friday, however, explaining that he isn't taking legal action, and hopes the matter can be resolved privately.
"In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like to make it clear, he is not," a statement issued through his attorneys read. "Mr Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina. He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this matter can be resolved privately by Mr Gordon and the family."
Do you think Bobby Brown--who has the final say in all matters regarding Bobbi Kristina at this time--will allow Nick Gordon to return to her bedside?
