Blake Lively remembered Taylor Swift’s birthday with a very special gift. The singer turned 26 on Sunday, but on Monday she received one more birthday delivery.

As Taylor Swift fans know, she adores her two cats, Olivia Benson and Meredith Grey. Blake Lively played upon her love of her cats when coming up with the perfect birthday gift.

Blake Lively sent Taylor Swift a pie–a traditional Thanksgiving pumpkin pie–adorned with edible likenesses of Olivia Benson and Meredith Grey. She included a banner that read, “Happy Thanksgiving Birthday.”

The “Wildest Dreams” singer posted a picture of her pie on Instagram.

Blake Lively and Taylor Swift had a blast together in Australia recently. The pair rode roller coasters together and saw kangaroos.
