  • Blake Lively is always the picture of chic perfection on the red carpet and even when she’s just out shopping, but the actress and new mom proved over the weekend that she can make fun of herself with the best of them.

Lively posted a picture on Instagram that showed off some amazing, sky-high hair and compared her look to that of Buddy Pine, the villain in The Incredibles. The actress had her own hair teased into a poofy coif and pulled a silly face to go with it.

“..Who wore it better? C’monnnn, my hair is my super power!! Now show me some of your INCREDIBLE hair moments! #PowerOn #GoodHairDay,” Lively wrote on Instagram.

The photo has worked its way around the web and has garnered over 230,000 likes on the imag-sharing site.

Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, recently revealed the name of their daughter for the first time, and Reynolds opened up a bit about why the couple waited so long to tell the world in an interview with the Today show.

“You did say a few months ago, before she was born, that you were going to name her Excalibur Anaconda Reynolds. So can we call her Anna at least — short for Anaconda?” Willie Geist asked.

“That is not the child’s name. It’s Butternut Summersquash,” Reynolds joked. “It’s James. Everyone knows. I didn’t want to be the first guy screaming it out to the media. Because as we know, little girls turn into teenage girls and little teenage girls sometimes scan through the archives and go, ‘Why did you do that?'”
