Beyonce Knowles was spotted apartment hunting all by herself in New York City recently, which many take as a strong indication that her marriage with Jay Z is most definitely on the outs. The sexy singer apparently visited a $21.5-million, 4,054-square-foot Chelsea apartment located near the building Katie Holmes sought solace in following her split from Tom Cruise.

It was just this past weekend that a Page Six source revealed that despite Beyonce’s family-happy photos and quotes she posted on Instagram that the power couple’s marriage is headed down the tubes.

“When your man or your woman isn’t getting it done for you, and I’m talking emotionally, not necessarily sexually … they keep things quiet,” the source said.

Rumor has it that an official split between Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z will come this fall after they finish up their On the Run concert tour. However the first rumor that got the ball in motion was the elevator fight between Jay Z and Beyonce’s sister, Solange Knowles. It seems Jay Z was reportedly going to meet up later with Rihanna and Solange found out.
